Over the past 20 years, he was responsible for building the GLS TeleServices Group, acquired by Call Solutions, to a Top 50 leadership position in the industry (currently ranked 34th largest teleservices agency); serving multiple Fortune 500 companies in the areas of financial services, telecommunications, publishing, insurance and membership enhancement.
