Call_Solutions™ Appoints Stephen T. Zollo Corporate Executive Vice President - Operations and Technology

Waukesha, Wis., May 28, 2003 --- George D. Dalton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Call_Solutions (www.callsolutions.com) announced today the appointment of Stephen T. Zollo as Corporate Executive Vice President – Operations and Technology. Mr. Zollo has been serving as President of the Call_Solutions OnPoint division as well as heading Corporate initiatives for information technology development. Mr. Zollo will continue to oversee Call_Solutions information technology systems company-wide as well as international efforts for contact center outsourcing. Additional areas of responsibility include Call_Solutions contact centers in Altamonte and Clearwater, Florida; Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Fessenden, ND; Fort Worth, Texas and Waukesha, Wisconsin. These operations support leading financial services, healthcare, travel and consumer product marketers with customized inbound and/or outbound customer care and contact solutions. Mr. Zollo came to Call_Solutions with the Company’s acquisition of the OnPoint division in May of 2001 where he served as President and general manager. He has more than 20 years of technology-enabled customer service experience and extensive senior management responsibilities with public and privately held companies in the Outsourcing, Consumer Products and Travel Services industries. Prior to joining OnPoint, Mr. Zollo was a senior executive with AMR Corporation. Mr. Zollo maintained key executive roles in several of AMR's leading technology-based business divisions serving American Airlines, including SABRE Travel Information Network and SABRE Interactive. Mr. Zollo’s notable achievements included the product launch of Travelocity, one of today’s most successful Internet travel sites. Mr. Zollo was also Founder and President of Innovative Business Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in organizational re-engineering engagements and emerging electronic distribution channels.
