Mr. Miswald has over 20 years of senior executive experience in finance and accounting. Previously, Mr. Miswald was Vice President - Finance for Industar Digital PCS, where he developed and implemented the start-up company's operational, financial and administrative processes and systems. Prior to joining Industar, Mr. Miswald spent twelve years as Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Controller with The Diana Corporation, a NYSE company with revenues up to $750 million. In this capacity, Mr. Miswald focused on accounting processes, acquisitions and divestitures, SEC reporting and taxes. Mr. Miswald was previously a manager with Arthur Young & Company, a Big-Five accounting firm.
