Mr. Martire has served in senior executive capacities in the financial information technology industry for over twenty years. Most recently, he founded C-III Holdings to develop an IT-based enterprise. Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Martire was Group President for Fiserv, Inc. He built annual revenues from approximately $110 million to over $600 million, served clients in over 90 countries through operations in the U.S., Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, and grew employment from 1,000 to over 5,000 people.
