For more than 35 years Mr. Dalton has served in a senior executive capacity and has been an entrepreneur in the information technology and financial industry. As a founder, Chairman and CEO of Fiserv, Inc. in 1984, Mr. Dalton created a $1.4 billion worldwide enterprise, identifying, acquiring and assimilating over 90 companies into the Fiserv organization.
He has been recognized with numerous awards for his business leadership: the Arthur Young "Entrepreneur of the Year Award"; the Financial World "CEO of the Year Award"; and, the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin and The Milwaukee Journal "Wisconsin Leader of the Year Award."
