Mr. Alberts joined Mr. Dalton in 1986 at Fiserv, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to retiring after 13 years with Fiserv, Mr. Alberts, participated in over 90 acquisitions and was substantially involved in operating, administrative, cash management and profit and loss reporting for the corporation and its subsidiaries; specializing in advising the Executive Management team on corporate and tax law. Mr. Alberts was also a senior executive with Deloitte & Touche for 35 years serving multiple, global clients among the Fortune 500 in areas of strategic planning, audit, corporate and tax law, acquisitions and joint ventures.
